Perhaps you’ve tried therapy but it hasn’t helped

at a deeper level.

Perhaps you've felt judged or misunderstood. Yet therapy doesn’t have to be miserable! Healing is often found in the quality of your relationship with your therapist. If you experience complex trauma and dissociation, it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. It just means that responses that helped you survive in the past are getting in the way in the present. Together, with patience and understanding, we can update these patterns so you can feel better. Using IFS, EMDR, Psychodynamic approaches.

You don't need a doctor's referral or a mental health diagnosis, and your information will remain confidential. You are welcome to get in touch. I can listen without judgement to whatever you have to share.

We may be out of touch with our bodies and our feelings because our early caregivers could not meet our needs. Perhaps it was not safe or acceptable to be true to ourselves. Psychotherapy involves learning to deeply understand yourself. The healing power of psychotherapy can be found in the quality of your relationship with your therapist.

I use a relational approach for attachment issues and complex trauma. If I can help you to learn how to feel a bit more safe and connected in session with me, this can help you to feel more connected in your relationship with yourself and with others.
